Pfizer:Repeat Offender

At a press conference that began with a lengthy expose of Medicaid Fraud, HHS, the DOJ and their deputies, announced a $2.3Billion penalty against Pfizer, calling them a repeat offender. Damn, what ever happened to three strikes.? huffington post
